Important Note:

For your FIRST payout request each calendar month:

Withdrawal* requests for amounts over $100.00 are sent by mail for free.
Withdrawal requests for amounts over $1000.00 are sent by FedEx for free.
Withdrawal requests for less than $100 cost $15 via mail and $30 via FedEx.

Fees on subsequent payouts:

All subsequent withdrawal* requests in each calendar month are sent by mail for $15.00 or via FedEx for $30.00.
All withdrawal amounts over $1000.00 are automatically sent by FedEx unless a PO Box or Rural Route.
Any and all withdrawals requested for amounts over $5000.00 are sent via FedEx for free.

* Minimum amount for any withdrawal is $50.00.

Please Note:

On any withdrawal, we will first attempt to credit back to your card any funds that you have charged to that card. The remainder will be sent by check via FedEx.

Due to the limitations of bank hours, cashier's checks cannot be processed on the weekends. Payouts that do not make the cutoff for Friday payment are paid out on Monday.
