common questions and our policies.

What is my CID Number?
Your customer ID number is an ID we use to improve
service response. Quote this number when
contacting us for the fastest replies. It is the
number below your name on the betting ticket when
you login.

Instant Cash Bonuses
Unless otherwise stated, all cash deposit bonuses
are credited instantly to your account at the time
of the transaction.
Manual Bonuses
Manual bonus are processed daily and will post in
the next batch. We usually run a batch each
morning.
Why must I submit a form to get some
Bonuses?
Our software cannot tell who is eligible for the
new member bonus and who is not. We must credit
the bonus manually.
Cash Back on Losses
We reward our loyal customers with an additional
5% cash back deposit bonus for your total online
deposits less payouts to all active accounts.
This bonus is emailed to you in the first week of
each month for the preceding month. It is valid
for 30 days.
Periodic Special Offers
We run promos for extra cash on re-deposits, free
bets, contests and other comps. If the offer has a
Promo Code, you can visit the Get
Your Bonus page to redeem it.
Is there a minimum deposit for the cash
Bonus?
There is no minimum deposit although our credit
card processor has a minimum deposit of $20. You
can use other deposit methods if you prefer.
Is there a maximum Bonus?
Yes, the bonus is capped at $400 on an initial
deposit.
When do I get the 10% Thursday Bonus?
You get the 10% bonus instantly when you deposit
online. If you have deposited on Thursday
and not received the bonus, email our Comps
Department so we can add it for you.
Is there a time restriction before I can
withdraw funds?
No.
What is the wagering
requirement/rollover?
This means that you must wager 100x your bonus before
earning bonuses.
For
example, if a player deposited $500 and received
$50 in bonuses he would need to make $5000 in
total wagers (100x50) before he could withdraw any of the
extra $50 in bonus money. Obviously there is no
wagering requirement on your deposit.
Craps and roulette are not eligible for
rollover purposes.
Do I have to deposit before I get my risk free
bonus?
Yes. We do not give bonus cash to
non-depositing players for a number of reasons.
First, depositing is legal assurance the player is
an adult. Second, our bonuses are to create a
positive atmosphere for players and create long
term customers. It is not designed for people looking for free
cash.
Bonus
Policy & Rules
We have a generous bonus program and a zero
tolerance policy for bonus abuse.
Any attempt to manipulate our bonuses with
multiple accounts, systematic withdrawals and
deposits, beard accounts, syndicates, joint
wagering or other methods, as determined by SilverStar
management, will result in an immediate forfeiture
of your account.
Your account will be closed and your deposit
refunded less applicable fees.
Other bonuses may have specific requirements as
listed in the individual offer.
Bonuses are not cumulative. For example, we
have a 20% bonus on first deposits and we also
have a 10% bonus on all bank wire deposits. This
does not result in a 30% bonus if the first
deposit is by bank wire.
One bonus offer per household may be redeemed.
Active accounts are eligible for bonuses.
Bonuses are exclusively for recreational
players.
